Supporting the scoring and sharing of sequence variants.

VAriant Scoring Assistant is a tool for scoring sequence variants using the ACMG & AMP frameworks. You can upload a list of variants that require assessment, be guided through the scoring process, and then store the data in the database.
Multiple scores can be submitted per variant: each laboratory can maintain its own variant data set whilst VASA allows the sharing of scores and comparison of assessments with other institutions.
